The Francelo Lazaro Charitable Foundation offers financial support to deserving students in their studies, providing them with financial resources to excel academically. We are committed to investing in higher education by awarding scholarships for (current/prospective/enrolled) students to be used towards the cost of higher education in the (medical, or arts) field.   Arts can be defined, but not limited to, culinary, fashion, and performance).
